In a significant development in the Biklu Shiv murder case, the anticipatory bail application of the primary accused, Jaggu alias Jagadish, has been rejected by the Special Court for People's Representatives.

Justice Manjula H.H. issued the order, and the accused remains in judicial custody. Following the murder, Jagadish had absconded, evading authorities for several days before being apprehended by the police.

During the bail hearing, the court noted that the preliminary evidence against the accused is serious, indicating his key role in the crime. The court further stated that granting bail could risk tampering with evidence in the ongoing investigation.
