Chitradurga: In response to the life imprisonment sentence handed down to former MP Prajwal Revanna in a rape case, his cousin and JDS Youth Wing President, Nikhil Kumaraswamy, stated that the party's senior leaders had already suspended Prajwal from the Janata Dal (Secular) party.

Speaking to reporters near Maskal in Hiriyur taluk of Chitradurga district, Nikhil said that the clarity of the senior leaders' decision should be understood.
