This year, the 71st National Film Awards have been announced, with several winners grabbing attention. In the Best Actor category, Shah Rukh Khan for Jawan and Vikrant Massey for 12th Fail have been lauded. The Best Actress award went to Rani Mukerji for Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway.
The film Don’t Let the Sun marks the fiction feature debut of Swiss director Jacqueline Zünd. Already renowned for her documentaries, Zünd is stepping into narrative filmmaking for the first time with this project. The film is set to have its world premiere on August 9 at the 78th edition of the Locarno Film Festival.
