However, challenges still exist. Women face fewer opportunities in leadership roles, persistent gender inequality, and the struggle of balancing family responsibilities with work. Yet, through dedication and talent, women are breaking these barriers and moving forward.

The future looks even brighter. More girls are entering STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. Governments and organizations are providing mentorship, networking, and startup support for women, opening new pathways for growth.
