In Bhoyna village, Dhamtari district, Chhattisgarh, a heated argument at a roadside dhaba escalated into a tragic triple murder. Three men were fatally stabbed during the incident. Police have arrested eight suspects, including five adults and three minors. The incident occurred on Monday night under the jurisdiction of Arjuni police station.Incident Details: According to police reports, the suspects, who were under the influence of alcohol, initially got into a dispute with the dhaba staff over a minor issue.
During this time, three individuals—Alok Singh, Nitin Tandi, and Suresh Hiyal—arrived at the dhaba. A confrontation broke out between them and the group of suspects, which quickly turned violent. One of the accused, Gopi Diwan, allegedly stabbed Alok Singh, Nitin Tandi, and Suresh Hiyal to death, as per police statements.
Police Action: Following the incident, Dhamtari district’s Superintendent of Police, Suraj Singh Parihar, led a swift response. Five adult suspects have been arrested, and three minors have been detained. The weapon used in the crime has also been recovered. A murder case has been registered, and the investigation is ongoing.
