In a defamation case, the Special Magistrate Court for Elected Representatives in Karnataka has acquitted BJP MLA V Sunil Kumar of the charges filed against him. The case was initiated by Pramod Muthalik, the national president of Sri Ram Sene, and was heard by Special Magistrate K N Shivakumar.
