A 'love triangle' in Bengaluru took a violent turn when a man was brutally stabbed by his girlfriend's former boyfriend.
The victim, identified as Chandan, was in a relationship with a woman from the Vyalikaval area. Before dating Chandan, the woman was in a relationship with a man named Yateesh. When the woman started a new relationship with Chandan, she began to distance herself from Yateesh.
Upon learning that his ex-girlfriend was now with Chandan, Yateesh called Chandan to a meeting spot. The confrontation quickly escalated, with Yateesh and his friends attacking Chandan and stabbing him. Seriously injured, Chandan immediately called his friends for help. His friends rushed to the spot, rescued him, and admitted him to a private hospital, where his condition remains critical. The incident took place near the Jataka Stand within the Vyalikaval Police Station limits.
The police have registered an FIR and are currently searching for the accused, Yateesh, and his accomplices. This incident highlights how personal grudges in relationships can lead to serious crimes. The police have assured that they will arrest the accused as soon as possible.
