The trailer for Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba**ds of Bollywood*, was recently released and has captured widespread attention. Launched at a grand event in Mumbai on Wednesday, the trailer introduces Lakshya as Asmaan Singh in the city of dreams, with Shah Rukh Khan’s voice providing the narration.

The trailer’s ending has particularly intrigued netizens. In it, Lakshya is seen coming out of jail, saying, “People become more famous after going to jail.” This dialogue, where Aryan Khan humorously references his own jail experience, has surprised everyone.

In 2021, Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug-related case. He was detained during a raid on a luxury cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on charges of drug consumption and possession. After spending 28 days in Arthur Road Jail, he was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28, 2021.
