Home Minister Confirms Arrest in Dharmasthala Case, Says Investigation Continues!

He also confirmed that the case will be heard by Judge Sandesh at the Belthangady court. He assured that the government will ensure that the legal and judicial processes are followed without any lapses.

Bengaluru: Home Minister G. Parameshwara has confirmed the arrest of an individual in the Dharmasthala case, stating that the investigation is ongoing. The arrest comes after the anonymous witness, C.N. Chinnayya, reportedly confessed and gave a statement, a development that has created a major turning point in the case.

Key Information and Interrogation: The Home Minister stated that the SIT has received some explosive information from the arrested individual, Chinnayya. He added that further legal action will be taken based on this information. The accused has been produced before a judge, and legal proceedings are underway.

Tests and Court Proceedings: Parameshwara mentioned that the SIT will decide whether to conduct a narco test on the arrested person as part of the investigation.
