Meena Thoogudeepa, mother of actor Darshan, visited Mysore Palace. Darshan is currently in Parappana Agrahara jail after the Supreme Court canceled the bail granted by the High Court in the Renukaswamy murder case. This marks the first time Meena Thoogudeepa has appeared publicly since her son’s incarceration.

Accompanied by her grandson Chandu, Meena Thoogudeepa visited the Mysore Palace premises and spent time with the elephant troupe present for the Dasara celebrations. She happily posed for photographs with the elephants Abhimanyu and Bheema, with Chandu by her side.

During the same period, an FIR was filed against individuals who posted obscene comments against Darshan’s wife, Vijayalakshmi. The social media monitoring cell of the Chennammana Kere Achukattu police station registered a suo moto complaint.

PSI Lokesh filed the complaint against the accounts responsible for the derogatory remarks. The police took notice of posts on Twitter (X) that used abusive language against Vijayalakshmi and registered a case on their own initiative.
