He stated that many people reached out to him personally and through social media platforms after the yatre, expressing their support. He emphasized that ensuring justice for Soujanya Gowda is both a duty and a responsibility.Nikhil Kumaraswamy clarified that justice in this case cannot be achieved through political parties, ideologies, street protests, YouTube videos, or debates on news channels. He stressed that only the judiciary of this country can punish the guilty and deliver justice to the victim’s family. He noted that in recent days, some individuals have claimed to possess evidence related to Soujanya Gowda’s death. He urged that this evidence be submitted along with a petition to the Supreme Court, as it could prompt the court to order a reinvestigation. Nikhil Kumaraswamy further stated that justice is possible only if the Supreme Court assigns the investigation to a competent agency or under the supervision of a retired judge.
