Janardhan Reddy vs Shashikanth Senthil: Senthil Files Defamation Case Against Reddy!

Tamil Nadu MP and former IAS officer Shashikanth Senthil has demanded that Gangavathi MLA Janardhan Reddy answer in court for allegations made against him. Senthil filed a defamation case against Reddy in the City Civil Court, addressing the media during the occasion.

Regarding the Dharmasthala case,Tamil Nadu MP and former IAS officer Shashikanth Senthil has insisted that Gangavathi MLA Janardhan Reddy respond in court to the allegations made against him. Speaking to the media while filing a defamation case against Reddy in the City Civil Court, Senthil stated that Reddy accused him of being the mastermind and scriptwriter behind the Dharmasthala allegations, based on a WhatsApp forwarded message."As an MP, I initially chose not to respond to such childish accusations.read also: Rahul Gandhi Made Tejashwi Yadav ‘Super Pappu’, Destroyed Lalu Yadav’s Dream: Union Minister Giriraj Singh

However, with new stories being fabricated daily, it has become necessary to react. I am filing a defamation case because Reddy must answer both publicly and legally," Senthil clarified."I worked in Karnataka for ten years and am not a stranger here. Everyone knows who the person making these allegations is—a man who looted Karnataka’s wealth and served seven years in prison. Allowing his false claims to spread would be my mistake," Senthil said, adding that he is filing a private complaint in the public interest. He challenged Reddy to face him in court. Senthil also mentioned the issue of not being allotted a residence in Delhi.read also: Dharmasthala Case: Allegations of Kerala Communist Politician’s Connection to Burude Gang

"I am fighting right-wing politics across the country, which is why I resigned, and I mentioned this in my resignation letter. These political allegations are being made with that in mind," he opined."This is part of a systematic right-wing effort. They’ve accused me of personally handing over a skull during a meeting in Delhi. Even after a year as an MP, this government hasn’t provided me a house in Delhi, and I still reside in Tamil Nadu. I don’t even know where one gets a skull—perhaps Janardhan Reddy knows better," Senthil retorted sarcastically.Accompanied by advocate Surya Mukundaraj, Shashikanth Senthil filed a private complaint in the City Civil Court. The case is scheduled for a hearing on September 11 at the Special Court for People’s Representatives.JUNEBERRY® 100% Pure Cotton Oversized Loose Baggy Fit Drop Shoulder Half Sleeve Round Neck Cool Front Teddy Printed Cork & White T-Shirt for Women/Girls (Available in from S to 2XL)
