In connection with the ₹30,000 crore valued property dispute of the late businessman Sanjay Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor's children, Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapoor, have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking their legal share in their father's assets. The matter seeks a permanent injunction to prevent the partition of the assets, rendition of accounts, and any disputes over the property.

Other Parties Involved: In the petition, Priya Kapoor and her younger son (Sanjay's son), Sanjay's mother Rani Kapoor, and Shraddha Suri Marwah, the executor of the will, are named as defendants.

Overall Relief Sought: Since the children do not have full knowledge of their father's assets, they have sought a permanent injunction to restrain any partition of the assets, rendition of accounts, and any actions regarding the property.
