Preparations are underway for a pro-Palestine protest tomorrow in Bengaluru, the Silicon City. Hindu organizations have expressed strong opposition to this protest. The protest has been jointly called by the IDGC, AISA Karnataka, and SFPD organizations.

These organizations are extensively promoting the protest on social media. In response, Hindu leader Tejas Gowda has written a letter to the Police Commissioner, requesting that permission for the protest be denied. In his letter, he mentions the current tense religious and political atmosphere in the state.

He expressed concern that global political and controversial foreign issues could lead to unrest. Tejas Gowda warned that the protest could pose a threat to public peace and security and might also undermine the nation's official stance. There have been instances in the past where such protests have led to riots. Therefore, Tejas Gowda has appealed to the Police Commissioner to reconsider giving permission for this protest.
