Victim’s Complaint A female doctor filed a complaint alleging that Vedan deceived her with promises of marriage. According to her statement, she met Vedan through Instagram in 2021. Their friendship grew, and Vedan assured her of marriage. Based on this assurance, they engaged in physical relationships between 2021 and 2023 in various locations, including Kozhikode and Kochi.
The complainant further alleged that Vedan not only deceived her but also manipulated several other women in a similar manner. She strongly opposed his bail in court, citing these claims.
However, the court ruled that each case must be considered independently, and allegations from one case cannot influence decisions in others. Consequently, Vedan was granted bail.
