A team of lawyers from Mysuru set out on a pilgrimage to Dharmasthala today to express their solidarity. On September 13, approximately 150 lawyers departed from the city court premises in cars and two buses, heading towards Dharmasthala. The primary objectives of this yatra are to seek the darshan of Lord Manjunatha Swamy and to meet Dharmadhikari Dr. Veerendra Heggade to convey their support.

The lawyers have stated that this journey was organized to oppose the conspiracies being hatched against Dharmasthala.Before commencing the yatra, the lawyers donned saffron shawls and held saffron flags aloft, demonstrating their unity. The group is expected to reach Dharmasthala by afternoon.

Similarly, a few days ago, a yatra to Dharmasthala was undertaken from Mysuru under the leadership of Congress MLA Harish Gowda. Additionally, several BJP leaders have visited Dharmasthala and extended moral support to Dr. Heggade.
