In a remarkable response to the 50% discount offer on traffic fines, a record-breaking ₹106,19,00,550 was collected from 37,86,173 pending cases. The initiative, which ran for 21 days from August 23 to September 12, saw vehicle owners actively clearing their dues.

Notably, on the last day, September 12, a staggering ₹25 crore was collected in fines.This initiative proved highly successful for the Traffic Department, significantly boosting the collection of outstanding fines.
