HC Dismisses PILs Against Banumathi Mushtaq’s Invitation to Inaugurate Mysuru Dasara — Filed by Pratap Simha and Others

A division bench led by Chief Justice Prasanna B. Varale (correct name if required) and Justice Vibhu Bakhru heard the matter. After examining arguments from all sides, the court ruled that no fundamental rights of the petitioners had been violated. As such, it dismissed all three PILs and stated that a detailed order would be released later.
