Siddhidatri Devi is the ninth and final form of Goddess Durga in Hinduism. Her name is derived from "Siddhi" (spiritual powers or accomplishments) and "Datri" (giver), signifying her role as the bestower of all siddhis (spiritual powers). According to mythology, Siddhidatri Devi granted the Trimurti—Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva—the eight primary siddhis: Anima (ability to become tiny), Mahima (ability to become vast), Garima (increasing weight), Laghima (reducing weight), Prapti (connecting with all beings), Prakamya (fulfilling all desires), Ishitva (supreme authority), and Vashitva (control over others). Additionally, she bestowed nine Nidhis (treasures) and ten other supernatural powers. Lord Shiva, through intense penance, pleased Siddhidatri Devi and received these siddhis, attaining the Ardhanarishwara form, as described in the Devi Mahatmya.
