An individual illegally entered the Neelankara i residence of Tamil actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Dalapati Vijay in Tamil Nadu. Upon interrogation after being taken into custody by the police, it was revealed that he is mentally unstable.
