The death toll from a massive cloudburst and heavy rains in and around Dehradun has risen to 30, with 10 people still reported missing. A large number of bodies have been recovered, and search and recovery operations are ongoing.Sources indicate that among the bodies found is Virendra Singh, a resident of Jharkhand who had been missing since the disaster. Two more bodies have been recovered from Saharanpur and Yamunanagar in Haryana. In total, 30 bodies have been retrieved from various locations
