Renukaswamy Murder: Charge Framing Process for 17 Accused... Order to Produce 7 Accused from Jail!

All 17 accused have been directed to be produced in court on September 25, with orders to bring seven of them from jail. In the case, the court has rejected some applications, citing evidence and DNA reports as examples.

In connection with the Renukaswamy murder case in Chitradurga, the charge framing process for 17 accused is underway. All 17 accused have been instructed to be presented in court on September 25. This includes orders to bring seven accused from jail.

On the same day, there is a possibility of an order regarding a bed and chair for actor Darshan. Darshan's lawyers had argued that he is not receiving any facilities as per prison rules. In this regard, arguments and counter-arguments took place between Darshan's lawyers and the Special Public Prosecutor (SPP).

Meanwhile, the court has rejected the applications filed by accused Pradeep and Deepak seeking to be discharged from the case. These two accused had petitioned the court to release them from the Renukaswamy murder case. However, the court has dismissed their petitions.Levi's Men's 505 Straight Fit Mid Rise Jeans

Lawyers for the accused identified as A13 and A14 in the case had filed applications seeking the discharge of their clients. To this, SPP Prasan Kumar objected, arguing that they should not be let off from the case. After hearing the arguments and counter-arguments, the 64th City Civil and Sessions Court has rejected both applications and issued orders.

Previously, the applications filed by Pradeep and Deepak were heard in the 57th City Civil Court. At that time, SPP Prasan Kumar argued that there is eyewitness evidence that Deepak assaulted him. Blood stains were found on Deepak's shirt, and according to the DNA report, it has been confirmed to be Renukaswamy's blood, he informed.Rishab Shetty: "I Survived 5-6 Life-Threatening Incidents During Kantara Chapter 1 Shooting, Saved by Divine Grace"

Deepak's slippers were found at the crime scene, and his phone call records confirm connections with other accused, the SPP argued. Regarding Pradeep, the SPP explained that he read the messages Renukaswamy sent during the assault and incited the attack.

Pradeep's pants and shirt were seized, and blood stains were found on his clothes as well. Additionally, Pradeep's phone search history reveals incriminating information. Details are available showing that he searched how to delete the last location on a mobile and how police collect mobile evidence.
