The court mandated that one of the complainants, who runs a pizza business, should supply pizzas, which both complainants and accused must jointly distribute to the children at Sanskar Ashram as a form of community service. The dispute arose over pet management, leading both parties to file FIRs accusing each other of assault, threats, and inappropriate behavior. However, they later informed the court that the matter had been amicably resolved. Also Read: Karnataka’s Socio-Economic Caste Census: Former MP Muniswamy Alleges Plot to Convert 1.5 Crore Dalits to Christianity
The court noted that the case stemmed from a neighborhood dispute and, since it had already been settled, continuing criminal proceedings would serve no purpose. Recognizing that one of the complainants is involved in the pizza business, the court directed both parties to provide pizzas and buttermilk to the children at the government-run childcare institution. The court further instructed the investigating officer to ensure compliance with the order.
In a light-hearted conclusion, the verdict brought smiles to all involved, blending justice with a unique community service directive.
