TVK (Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam) Flag Trademark Dispute: Madras High Court Seeks Response from Actor Vijay and Party

G.B. Pachaiyappan, representative of the trust Thondai Mandala Saandror Dharma Paribalana Sabha, alleged that TVK had copied the flag used by their trust to create the party's flag. However, the single-judge bench of the High Court had previously refused to grant an interim order restraining TVK from using the flag. Challenging this, Pachaiyappan and his trust approached the Division Bench of the High Court.
