Cinema Ticket Over ₹200? Beware... Refund Required?

In the backdrop of high ticket prices set for films like Kantara: Chapter 1, the Karnataka High Court had issued an interim stay. If the final verdict favors the government, the court has directed that the extra amount collected from audiences be refunded.

The Karnataka High Court has issued significant instructions regarding ticket price regulation in cinema theaters. Previously, the court had imposed an interim stay on the government's order for uniform ticket pricing. As a result, high ticket prices were fixed for several films, including Kantara: Chapter 1.

This government order was challenged in court by PVR-INOX Multiplex and Hombale Films. Now, the Film Commerce Board and the Producers' Association have filed an appeal questioning the High Court's interim order. In this regard, the court has issued notices to Hombale Films and the Multiplex Association.Seiko Analog Black Dial Men's Watch-SSC573P1 Stainless Steel, Black Strap
