Darshan, Pavithra Gowda, and other accused in the Renuka Swamy murder case are presently lodged in Parappana Agrahara Jail. Previously, when Darshan was in jail, he had illegally obtained certain facilities, including cigarettes. As a result, jail authorities are now handling him more strictly.
This has led to several issues for Darshan. He has complained about the lack of basic facilities in jail and accused the authorities of violating court orders.
Amidst this, Darshan has decided to approach the Human Rights Commission to secure his "rights." He has requested a transfer to a barrack with better sunlight and has also asked for additional bedding, pillows, and bedsheets.
However, the jail superintendent has not approved any of these requests. Consequently, Darshan's lawyers have approached the court. Recently, heated arguments took place in court regarding this case.Symbol Premium Men's Casual Cotton Denim Shirt (Regular Fit)
The court has reserved its order for October 9. Meanwhile, Darshan is preparing to write to the Human Rights Commission to address his grievances. During court arguments, Darshan's lawyers also alleged that jail authorities are treating him inhumanely.
The Human Rights Commission is an institution that protects individuals' constitutional rights. Darshan is reaching out to the commission to safeguard his rights as an undertrial prisoner. He has discussed this matter with his lawyer, Sunil.
Other accused individuals are also facing difficulties. In the Renuka Swamy murder case, the Supreme Court had previously canceled the bail of seven individuals, including Darshan. Now, the police have filed a petition to cancel the bail of five more accused: A3 Pavan, A4 Raghavendra, A5 Nandeesh, A9 Dhanaraj, and A10 Vinay."Kantara Chapter 1" to release in 7,000 theaters across the country..
