According to the petition filed by Darshan’s lawyer, Sunil, authorities at Parappana Agrahara Central Prison have violated court orders by failing to provide Darshan with basic amenities such as a bed, pillow, adequate time for exercise, and other essential facilities. The plea further alleges that Darshan has been kept in a quarantine cell instead of being shifted to a barrack, and he has been given limited time for exercise. It is also claimed that jail authorities submitted a false report to the court, stating that they had complied with the court’s directives. Also Read: NIA Charges 22nd Accused in Lawrence Bishnoi–BKI Terror-Gang Nexus Case
