Over the past month, silver prices have surged by ₹30 per gram, reflecting a 20-25% rise. Gold prices have also seen notable increases. Over the last one to one-and-a-half years, both gold and silver prices have skyrocketed.
In India, the current price for 10 grams of 22-carat gold is ₹1,13,800, while 24-carat pure gold is priced at ₹1,24,150. The price of 100 grams of silver stands at ₹16,100. In Bengaluru, 10 grams of 22-carat gold costs ₹1,13,800, and 100 grams of silver is ₹16,100. In states like Tamil Nadu and Kerala, silver prices have reached ₹17,100 per 100 grams.
