The 57th Civil Court H in Bengaluru is set to pronounce its order today regarding the allegations that actor Darshan Thoogudeepa has been denied basic facilities in jail.

Bengaluru: The 57th Civil Court H in Bengaluru is set to pronounce its order today regarding the allegations that actor Darshan Thoogudeepa has been denied basic facilities in jail. Darshan, an accused in the Renukaswamy murder case, is currently lodged in Parappana Agrahara jail and has raised concerns about the lack of basic amenities. The allegations include the denial of a bed, home-cooked food, and other facilities by jail authorities. Special Public Prosecutor Prasanna Kumar argued that luxury facilities cannot be provided in jail. Darshan’s lawyer, Sunil, contended that this amounts to contempt of court orders.
