Kalaburagi: Minister Priyank Kharge has written a letter to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and the Chief Secretary of the state government, urging a ban on RSS programs in government premises. An RSS Pathasanchalana (march) took place at an aided school run by Afzalpur Congress MLA M.Y. Patil. The event occurred yesterday evening at the premises of the Mahanteshwara Vidya Vardhak Shikshan Sanstha, located near Basaveshwara Circle in Afzalpur town.Hundreds of RSS workers participated in the striking Pathasanchalana, followed by an intellectual program held within the school premises.Also Read: IND vs WI Test match; Yashasvi Jaiswal was unbeaten on 173 off 253 balls, with 22 fours.
This has provided fodder for criticism by opposition parties. The committee, comprising MLCs N. Ravikumar and K.S. Naveen, will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed ban on RSS activities.
