Karnataka's Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar's wife, Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, is gearing up for the launch of the 'PRK' application in memory of him. This is a special initiative to pass on Appu's life, cinema, social service, and humanitarian values to the new generation.

Four years have passed since Karnataka's Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar left us. Yet, Kannadigas remember him every day. In many homes, Appu's songs are played while feeding children. In the streets of the city, Appu's portraits and statues dominate everywhere.

Puneeth won the hearts of millions not just through films but also through his wonderful personality and social service. Now, to immortalize his memory, his wife Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar has taken up an important task. She is preparing to launch an application in Appu's memory.

With the collaboration of some enthusiastic teams, the application has already been developed, and it will be released soon. This application, to be launched in memory of Puneeth Rajkumar, has been named 'PRK'.J-CD Smart Watch for Men, 1.28 inch HD Screen, Support Make&Receive Call/Bluetooth/Sleep Tracker/Sports Mode, Fitness Tracker Watch, Stainless Steel Band, Waterproof (Gold)

On October 29, on Appu's death anniversary, there is a plan to launch this application. Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar has stated that the main objective of this application is to convey Puneeth Rajkumar's talent, social service, and humanitarian values to the people and to inspire them.

For the launch event of the application, Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar has invited Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar. There is also a possibility of inviting Shivarajkumar and Raghavendra Rajkumar."I wasn’t scared of punishment, nor was I scared of attack... Guess who Gilli was scared of? This application will include information about Puneeth Rajkumar's films, life, achievements, humanitarian qualities, and social service. In addition, it is expected to provide information and services related to organ donation, education, and health. The complete details of this will be available only after the application is launched.

Puneeth Rajkumar passed away on October 29, 2021, due to heart-related issues. A memorial has been built for him at Kantheerava Studio in Bengaluru. On his birth and death anniversaries, lakhs of fans visit his tomb, offer prayers, and actively participate in various social activities, including eye donation and blood donation.
