Bengaluru: The reappearance of a leopard in the Silicon City has caused considerable anxiety among residents. For the past two or three days, a leopard has been continuously spotted moving around in the Kempegowda Layout near Kengeri, terrifying local inhabitants.

Visuals of the leopard's movement, captured on residents' mobile phones and CCTV cameras, quickly went viral. Following requests from the panicked residents, Forest Department officials immediately rushed to the area to inspect the situation.

The Forest Department has launched an operation to locate and safely capture the leopard. Further information on the operation is awaited.
