The Jain community in Gujarat set a record by purchasing 186 luxury cars worth ₹149 crore in a single day. Members of the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO) secured these cars through a single broker, earning a discount of ₹21.22 crore. The cars, priced between ₹60 lakh and ₹1.34 crore, were acquired after negotiations with 15 major companies, including Mercedes and BMW. With 65,000 members, JITO’s achievement is noteworthy.
