Bengaluru, October 19: Panic erupted on an IndiGo flight (6E4814) travelling from Dubai to Mangaluru after a passenger wrote the word "Bomb" in the aircraft's lavatory. The incident, which occurred late on Saturday night (Oct 18), forced the flight to be diverted to Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in Bengaluru instead of its intended destination, Mangaluru.

The discovery of the writing caused fear and anxiety among the passengers. For safety reasons, the aircraft was urgently landed in Bengaluru.
