In response, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw clarified that she had raised infrastructure concerns even during the BJP-JDS coalition government. She later tweeted positively, stating, "The Congress government is completing the Ejipura flyover, something the BJP-JDS did not do." Citing this, Harsh Goenka indirectly criticized D.K. Shivakumar.
