Amidst the heat of the Bihar Assembly Elections, political activities are also intensifying in neighboring Jharkhand. The alliance partner, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), has accused the Congress and the RJD of political maneuvering that prevented them from contesting in six desired seats in Bihar.
The JMM claims they were "deceived," similar to what happened in the 2020 elections. They asserted their commitment to bring tribal votes from 28 seats in Bihar toward the INDIA bloc. However, they allege that both the Congress and RJD remained silent when the JMM's interests were disregarded.

Nevertheless, he stressed that the main contest in Bihar is between the RJD-led alliance and the NDA, affirming that the RJD will ensure the BJP does not return to power in the state.
