A month after the Karur stampede tragedy, actor and politician Vijay will meet the affected families today. The meeting is likely to take place at a private hotel in Mamallapuram, sources indicate. Vijay's Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) party has made arrangements for the meeting at the resort, booking 50 rooms for this purpose. Vijay will personally meet the grieving families and offer his condolences.

Around 200 people, including members from 37 families and some of those injured in the stampede, will participate in this meeting. Four to five members from each family have arrived to meet Vijay. The actor will console each one individually.

This is a restricted, closed-door meeting, with access limited only to TVK workers within the premises. This arrangement has drawn criticism for Vijay not visiting KarurPUMA Unisex Adult Graviton Mega Sneaker.

Vijay had previously announced plans for a personal visit to Karur, but due to certain issues, the location has been changed.
