Bengaluru: The Division Bench of the High Court today conducted a hearing on the appeal filed by the State Government, challenging the stay order issued by a single-judge bench on the summons served by the Ramanagara Tahsildar to Union Minister H.D. The Ramanagara Tahsildar had issued the summons to Kumaraswamy under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act. HDK had approached the High Court against this order and obtained a stay.
