A shocking incident has come to light from Haragadde Vaddarapalya in Anekal taluk, located on the outskirts of Bengaluru, where a birthday celebration ended in a tragic murder. The birthday boy, Sandeep, was allegedly beaten to death by his own friends following a dispute related to party expenses.

Sandeep, who celebrated his birthday on the 16th of this month, had taken his friends — including Santosh and Sagar — to a bar for the celebration. After enjoying the party, Sandeep paid the bill initially. However, when his friends insisted that he pay for another round of drinks as well, he refused saying he didn’t have additional money. This led to a heated argument near the bar. Upset by the argument, Sandeep returned home. But the fight did not end there. A little later, Santosh and Sagar allegedly called Sandeep to a volleyball court in Vaddarapalya and assaulted him. During the attack, Sandeep sustained a severe head injury and collapsed on the ground.

Three days after the incident, Sandeep developed a blood clot in his brain. His parents immediately shifted him to a private hospital where he remained in a coma for several days. Unfortunately, despite continuous treatment, he succumbed to his injuries two days ago.

Jigani Police have arrested the accused Santosh and Sagar and registered a murder case against them. Further investigation is underway to determine the full details behind the crime.
