Concerns Over Sleeper Coaches and Maintenance -
Despite the trains’ popularity and advanced safety features, the report highlights some areas of dissatisfaction, particularly concerning the newly introduced Vande Bharat Sleeper coaches.
Concerns have been raised regarding:
Delays and Long Waiting Periods: Issues related to the service timing and delays in the rollout of the sleeper versions.
Maintenance and Amenities: Complaints about the quality of furnishings, overall performance, and cleanliness in some of the sleeper train sets.
