The ₹1,241 crore for road asphalting is a component of the overall ₹2,296 crore comprehensive infrastructure package announced for the holistic development of the five municipal corporations under the Greater Bengaluru Authority. ₹900 crore (approx.): Under the Chief Minister’s Infrastructure Development Programme (CMIDP) for ward-level roads, drainage development, and other infrastructure works.
