The operation involved the Indian Army and the local police. During an intensive search in the inaccessible forest area of Kulgam, two old, underground hideouts were discovered. Many items were recovered from the destroyed hideouts, including weapons, explosive materials, food supplies, and other aid materials.

Security forces completely demolished these hideouts, which are suspected to have been used by terrorists in the past. Through this operation, the security forces are committed to ensuring that no terrorist bases or support networks are active in the area.
