Bengaluru: A Bengaluru Civil Court has delivered a powerful verdict in a 2018 murder case, sentencing two individuals to life imprisonment. Adding a unique layer to the ruling, the judgment was pronounced on the birthday of the victim, bringing a strong sense of closure and satisfaction to his grieving family.

The Court Verdict - Date of Verdict: October 24 (which coincided with the victim's birthday).The ruling was issued by the CCH 59th Court in Bengaluru. Sentencing The convicts, identified as Girish and Mahesh, were sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Siddhartha.

Siddhartha, a native of Patna, The altercation began over a minor incident where the convicts' bike merely brushed against the victim's. Family's Emotional Response -

The victim's father, Kaushalendra Pandey, expressed profound relief and gratitude following the verdict:

"My son has received justice. The killers have received the punishment they deserved," said Pandey, his eyes welling up with tears of relief.

He stated that the verdict provided an answer to the pain of losing his son. To celebrate the hard-fought victory for justice, the family reportedly decorated their house with celebratory lights and expressed heartfelt thanks to the police and the judiciary for their diligent work.

The quick action and meticulous investigation by the Mico Layout Police, who promptly arrested Girish and Mahesh and filed a strong charge sheet with sufficient evidence, were crucial to securing the conviction.
