Yash's much-awaited film 'Toxic' has generated massive buzz in India. The release date for this film, set to hit screens next year in March, has already been announced. Due to 'Toxic,' several big films have postponed their release dates. However, Telugu actor Adivi Sesh has decided to release his film alongside 'Toxic.'

Popular actor Adivi Sesh has gained attention through films like 'Major' and 'Goodachari.' Currently, he stars in 'Dacoit,' which features Mrunal Thakur as the lead actress and Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap as the antagonist. With festivals like Ugadi, Gudi Padwa, and Eid falling around the same time, the 'Dacoit' team has taken this decision. Addressing the question of whether the competition with 'Toxic' will cause any issues for the film, Adivi Sesh responded: "We're not afraid of 'Toxic.' I've always won as the underdog and surprised people."

He recalled the 2018 incident: "'KGF Chapter 1' was released against Shah Rukh Khan's 'Zero' and changed the grammar of cinema." Sesh opines that films releasing together don't necessarily fail. "'Lagaan' and 'Gadar' were released together and both became blockbusters. This box office clash is just a creation of the media. People aren't aware of it."

Initially, Shruti Haasan was selected as the lead actress, but later Mrunal Thakur replaced her. Due to an injury sustained by Adivi Sesh during filming, the film's release was delayed to next year. This information was announced on November 25.
