Bengaloru: As part of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) centenary celebrations (RSS@100), the "Nava Kshitij" lecture and dialogue program organized in the city has wrapped up triumphantly. RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat engaged deeply with the audience, providing detailed responses to a barrage of questions from eminent participants.
Over the two-day series of lectures and discussions, more than 1,200 distinguished individuals from various fields took part. Following the lectures, an open dialogue session saw 284 notables pose 470 clusters of questions revolving around 18 key themes.
Dr. Mohan Bhagwat addressed each query with patience and elaboration, clarifying the RSS's ideology, work ethos, future initiatives, and stances on issues concerning Hindu society and the nation. He emphasized that the RSS is not an organization born in reaction to any specific circumstance or opposition—its singular purpose is to organize Hindu society. "Hindu" encompasses everyone, embracing all diversities within Hindu society and striving to unite the broader community. The RSS does not seek power; instead, it aspires for society to become self-organized. The program served as a direct platform for interaction between dignitaries and RSS leaders, helping dispel numerous misconceptions about the organization, as per the organizers.
