NEW DELHI: Investigating agencies have gathered crucial leads regarding the blast incident that occurred near the Red Fort Metro Station in the capital, Delhi. CCTV footage showing the suspect's car entering and exiting the parking lot at the scene has been recovered, and preliminary information suggests the perpetrator was alone at the time of the act.
CCTV Evidence: Suspect's Movements Traced
According to Delhi Police sources, the investigating team has so far examined more than 100 CCTV clips, including footage from toll plazas. Clear visuals of the suspect's i20 car entering and leaving the parking area near the Metro station, the site of the explosion, have been seized.
Based on this evidence, the Delhi Police are currently continuing their intensive search operations in and around the Daryaganj area.

Another major focus of the investigation team is how the private i20 car carrying the explosives managed to travel so far and reach a highly sensitive area like the Red Fort Metro Station.
