Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court is set to take up the hearing today (Thursday, November 13) on a petition challenging the district administration's decision to deny permission for a planned march (Patha Sanchalan) by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Chittapur, Kalaburagi.
