Leader of the Opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, R. Ashoka, has strongly criticized the Congress government, stating that the continuous internal debate over who will hold the Chief Minister's chair has rendered the administration inactive.
R. Ashoka reacted to the ongoing political speculation, saying the people are tired of hearing the daily discussion about the power-sharing arrangement between Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar.

Ashoka warned that if the situation persists and government work continues to suffer, the opposition will bring the issue to the attention of the Governor.
