Today's children are tomorrow's citizens, and their holistic development is crucial for the nation's progress. It's time to pause and consider: Is it right to allow children to waste time on junk food, excessive screen time, and constant 'party mood'? A clear link emerges between overindulgence in unhealthy eating, lack of physical activity, and increased health issues, often leading to frequent hospital visits.
To avert this, there is a proven path to success and physical well-being for our youth: The National Cadet Corps (NCC).
