Bengaluru: Responding to internal confusion within the state political circles, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has clarified that the decision of the High Command is final in all internal party matters. He firmly stated that he is committed to abiding by any decision taken by the High Command, over his own.

Speaking on the matter, the Chief Minister said, "Whether it is me or anyone else as the Chief Minister, all of us must accept every decision taken by the party's High Command. The High Command's decision is final. I am committed to the collective decision taken by the party's senior leaders, rather than my personal decision."

Commitment to High Command

Responding to questions regarding the High Command's intervention on issues such as cabinet expansion, portfolio changes, or any problems arising within the party, he stated, "It is the duty of every leader to act in accordance with the party's ideology and the High Command's guidance. Even if there are disagreements, all party members must accept the verdict given by the High Command. There is no scope to overrule it."

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's statement serves to underscore the discipline and importance of the High Command to all MLAs and leaders within the state Congress.
